The challenge of mobile customer engagement, with MTV, Coca-Cola, Turner + more

While it may be true that each brand is unique in its product and goals, it’s also clear that major brands face the same challenges when it comes to mobile customer engagement. At the MEF Americas conference in Miami, Florida, I had the opportunity to speak with the mobile leaders of some of today’s biggest brands on mobile customer engagement, and learned that the opportunities are finely balanced with as of yet unanswered questions. How do brands move beyond awareness and adoption to extend the value of a customer experience? How do brands deal with the logistical realities of mobile growth, scaling and geographical borders in a digital world?
