Mobile is killing the phrase “hope and pray” in marketing with Maritz Canada Executive Creative Director, Sean Claessen was the official broadcast partner for the recent Mobile Innovation Week and this is one of the sessions we had while on location in Toronto.

Mobile marketing is a relatively new tool available to the marketing professional and with it comes a chance to really enhance the relationship companies have with their customers. If done right, mobile has that ability. If done wrong, mobile can really damage the already fragile and fickle relationship between customer and company.
