Can you believe UNTETHER.talks is now just 7 days away! Now seemed like a good time to recap all the new developments since we published the #Utalks agenda.

First off, we couldn’t be happier to announce that Microsoft has come aboard as an UNTETHER.talks sponsor! Not only that, but Paul Laberge, Microsoft’s Developer Evangelist, will be speaking at UNTETHER.talks about Microsoft’s future vision for mobile, which is perfectly timed following yesterday’s announcement of the Microsoft Surface tablet. You do not want to miss this.

In addition to Paul, we’ve also added a ton of new speakers across the two-day agenda. The goal of UNTETHER.talks was to bring together the brightest minds in mobile, and a quick glance at our full speaker list shows that we nailed it. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the new additions:

But wait, there’s more! UNTETHER.talks is passionately focused on the future in more ways than one, which is why we’re extremely excited to announce that our founding sponsor, Norton Rose, has kindly agreed to subsidize 25 #Utalks passes for students and startups. In addition, we’ve also included the option to purchase individual day passes, in case you don’t want to miss out on the UNTETHER.talks experience but can’t make both days. Make sure to REGISTER NOW to guarantee your ticket!

We couldn’t be more excited to be less than 168 hours away from the inaugural UNTETHER.talks event (7 more sleeps!). See you at the Glenn Gould Studio!!
