Mobile experts from Nokia, Coca-Cola, Variety Group, OnStar, MTV and VISA weigh in on the next 12-18 months in mobile

UNTETHER.tv was the official North American media partner for the recent MEFAmericas conference in Miami, FL. While we were there we had the great privilege of sitting down to discuss mobile with some of the most influential and forward thinking minds in the industry and we took full advantage.

What does the next 12-18 months in the mobile industry look like? We all want to know that answer so we asked Neil Stiles (President of Variety Group), Marco Argenti (SVP, Developer & Marketplace, Nokia), Tom Daly (Director, Mobile & Search, The Coca-Cola Company), Jeff Sawyer (VP Mobile & Connected Device Solutions, Turner), Steve Schwinke (Director of Advanced Technology, OnStar), Rimma Perelmuter (Executive Director, MEF), Joe Lalley (VP Digital Products, MTV), Todd Daubert (Partner, SNR Denton), John Orlando (EVP, Sixth Sense Media), Tom Purves (Senior Business Leader, Merchant Strategic Solutions, VISA), Andrew Bud (MEF Chairman & Founder, mBlox) and Johanne Huber-Gutierrez (Mobile Strategy & Product Development, Macy’s & Bloomingdales).

This is their collective response.

Enjoy!

Thanks @6475ddc130c6c64e0dbb78f6cd7c4a94:disqus . I did a longer interview with Tom Daly which will be posted next week that is just more of the same great insight. I like what they are doing and how they are thinking about mobile. Stay tuned!
