The promise of mobile runs across all industries and the information we are seeing out there is that generic. Mobile enhances sales. Mobile decreases support costs. Mobile draws customers. Mobile increases loyalty. Mobile increases revenue.
But how does the hospitality industry use mobile to do this?
It is for this reason that I asked Michael Ahearn, VP Strategic Marketing at iLoop, to highlight certain key mobile tactics that make sense for the hospitality industry to start doing to enhance and grow their business.
