How the socialization of mobile commerce will impact the industry – with John Caron of Modiv Media
What does 2012 hold for mobile commerce? What big trends are driving the connected shopping experience? How does the socialization of commerce impact purchase behaviours? How do retailers engage customers while they browse the aisles of their stores?
On a quest to bring some simple answers to these sometimes very complex concepts I invited John Caron, SVP Marketing for Modiv Media, back on to the show to talk more about the mobile commerce experience and how this industry is shaping up heading into the new year.
